Seamless Upscaler is provided as a graphics utility for enlarging ordinary images and seamless textures. You are responsible for the files you process and for making sure you have the rights needed to use them.

Do not use the app or website to infringe copyrights, violate privacy rights, distribute unlawful content, or interfere with the service.

If you download Seamless Upscaler from the Mac App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a custom license is presented by Apple for this app.

Purchases, refunds, taxes, and regional availability are handled through Apple and App Store Connect.

The Mac app is intended to process images locally. Output quality depends on the selected model, source image, hardware, and settings.

You should keep backups of important source files and verify generated outputs before production use.

The app and website are provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect output, compatibility with every image, or fitness for a specific purpose.
