Use this address for app issues, general feedback, feature requests, billing questions that Apple cannot resolve, and privacy requests.

Please include your macOS version, app version, whether you used single image, batch, double upscale, or seamless texture mode, and the exact error message if one appeared.

Do not send private source images unless we specifically need a sample and you are comfortable sharing it.

Make sure the input image is PNG, JPEG, JPG, or WEBP.

Choose an output folder you can write to. If macOS asks for folder permission, allow access.

For custom models, select a folder named models that contains matching .param and .bin files.

If GPU or tile-size errors appear, try the default GPU setting and a smaller tile size.
